A patient's guide to the mail-order & specialty pharmacies we use — and why we use them
Bountiful, Utah | (801) 295-3439
What to expect: After we send your prescription electronically, their team will reach out by call or text to collect your insurance and payment information and arrange free shipping or pickup.
Your job: Answer that call or text! If you haven't heard from them within 1–2 business days, give them a ring at the number above.
Holladay, Utah | (801) 679-3278
What to expect: A family-owned Utah pharmacy with excellent pricing on many dermatology medications. They'll contact you to confirm insurance, payment, and whether you'd like delivery or pickup.
Your job: Watch for their call or text. Questions about price or timing? Call them directly — a real human answers.
Schaumburg, Illinois | (855) 237-9112
What to expect: CarePoint specializes in dermatology medications. They automatically apply manufacturer coupons and discount programs to get your copay as low as possible, then ship your medication to your home for free.
Your job: They will call or text to confirm your address and payment before shipping. Respond promptly so your medication isn't delayed — or call them at the number above.
Online pharmacy platform | (855) 977-0975
What to expect: Shortly after we e-prescribe, PhilRx will text and email you a secure link. Click it to enroll: enter your insurance and payment info, and they handle the rest — including prior authorizations and manufacturer savings programs. Medications ship to your door with free delivery.
Your job: Watch your texts! The whole sign-up takes about two minutes on your phone. Prefer to enroll by phone or hit a snag? Call the number above.
costplusdrugs.com | Online mail-order
Why I love it: Cost Plus Drugs sells hundreds of generic medications at true cost plus a small, published markup — total transparency, ultra-low cash prices, and no insurance games. Many dermatology generics cost less here than a typical copay.
How to get your medication:
amazon.com/pharmacy | Online mail-order
What to expect: If you prefer Amazon, just ask — we're happy to send your prescription there. Sign in with your existing Amazon account at amazon.com/pharmacy, add your insurance (optional) and payment info, and confirm your order when the prescription arrives. Prime members get free delivery, and Amazon shows both insurance and cash prices so you can pick the cheaper one.
