2. CO2 & Erbium Laser Resurfacing For severe texture, laser resurfacing is the gold standard. It vaporizes the top layers of damaged skin, allowing fresh, unscarred skin to grow in its place.
3. Subcision Sometimes, a scar is pulled down by a fibrous tether under the skin. We can perform a minor procedure to “snip” this tether, allowing the skin to pop back up to a flat position.
