*If your acne is not leaving scars then it’s reasonable to try some over-the-counter products like these. If you think your acne might be leaving scars, see a dermatologist right away! Acne is temporary but scars last forever!
- Eye cream
- See hyaluronic acid
- Hyaluronic acid
- Night cream
- Retinol
- Vitamin C
*Here’s the way I see it: the #1 anti-aging treatment is sunscreen. If you want to be more proactive than that, retinol and hyaluronic acid are the next steps. After that is vitamin C.
- Supplements (that actually work!). These contain hydrolyzed keratin, biotin, and other important building blocks for nail growth.
- Minoxidil Solution
- This is a really neat way to get the nails to grow faster and stronger. One drop should be enough to treat a few nails. Apply once a day to the top of the nail.
*The most common causes of allergy to lip products in my experience are fragrance, sunscreen, and beeswax. If you are getting a rash on your lips, make sure your chapstick doesn’t contain these!
